What is Law :

“Law” is a design of protocol, as a rule enforced through a set of institutions. It outlines public affairs, commerce and society in numerous ways and behavior.

In general, a rule of a person or of administration, established by a sanction able to enforce its will; a controlling you can also say that direction; the disposition according to which an surrogate or a faculty acts.

The rights of individuals are determined by legal etiquette and not the arbitrary mien of administration. There is no suffering unless a court decides there has been a disobedience of ruling. Everyone, in spite of your societal position is concern to the law.

There are many kinds of law governing in every country.  Law is very essential and government lived runs through it.  It is also serves as a guide to all constituents to a good etiquette or moral of conduct towards its society and other people.

 

What is Legal Systems :

Legal system is defined as a procedure or process for enforcing laws. It is also a way in which the laws of a particular country are applied to judge or evaluate people in court or higher authority. The legal system of each country is formed by its unique history. Thus, different countries have different legal system and that relies on the kind of government the country have.

 

Legal system is divided into three laws, the civil law, common law and religious law. All countries somewhat deals with same basic issues but may different ways of categorizing and recognizing legal subjects.

 

Nowadays, there are different types of legal systems used by countries, among other European legal systems, common law systems, US legal system, British legal system and religious law systems.

 

Legal system was formed to give justice to everyone so that peace prevailed in the society.  It is needed for a country to have a good legal system for harmony to all humanity
